This little top is new and still has its tags BUT there is a tiny hole in the front (see pic). There is pretty smocking at the shoulders and the sleeves are slightly puffed. It has a V neck and is a size small. The measurements are 25 inches from shoulder to hem and 19 inches across the chest when laying flat (CL2)
