J. Crew sz S classic summer dress - chambray blue with white eyelet cotton-linen

Can be worn with tie around neck (second pic) or can tuck in/cut off ties and wear as a strapless dress. Lightweight piece to be tossed in a beach bag & thrown over a bikini to grab lunch or go for a beach walk. Classic J. Crew. EUC. Found it hard to determine best place to get a ptp - some stretch to top part of dress if needed.
