It has a 2 inch collar that can be worn buttoned up or open and laying flat. It has long sleeves with3 inch cuffs. It is a size XXS and from pit to pit it measures 17 inches. From shoulder to hem is 23 inches. The sleeves are 24 inches from shoulder to end and have 3 inch cuffs that match the 2 inches across band around the bottom of the sweater.
