Lovely sleeveless cocktail dress with cut out detail around neckline. Dress is navy blue. Fully lined and has lots of stretch. Long gold zipper in back measuring 21 1/2”. Also has 2 pleats in front, one on each side. Shell is 95% polyester, 5% spandex Lining is 100% polyester PTP is 22” Waist is 18 1/2” Hip is 22” Length is 37 1/2”
