J crew navy rain coat in EEUC

Great coat, big hood, really keeps the water out Lined with cute gingham pattern I just don’t reach for it! Trying to keep a minimal closet No flaws Size small tall- I’m 5’9”, would work for anyone over 5’7.5” I think!
