Colorful Nola Mae limited edition print number 262/500 by the artist Jamie Hayes, New Orleans. The print is from 2010 and is embossed with an authentication stamp on the bottom left corner. At the bottom is the artists very unique signature. It's a perfect conversation piece! "Nola Mae" is one of the many characters in Jamie's children's book "Up in the Air with the Flying Mingling Brothers" an across-country blimp adventure. Nola Mae is one of the most vibrant and most loved characters in the Jamie Hayes Gallery. She was also the first doll ever made for the New Orleans Doll Company. This piece features embossed raised gold toned accents. The artwork measures approximately 16" x 20" and comes in a painted black wood frame that measures approximately 20.5" x 24.5". The print is in excellent condition, no flaws to note. The frame has some minor imperfections (see photos) but could easily be changed to suit your liking. Jamie Hayes (1951-2019) was a professional artist, musician and children's book author and illustrator based in the French Quarter of New Orleans.
