Perfect summer dress! Great for Bastille Day or July 4 or any summer occasion really! In excellent condition, no stains, holes or rips. Seersucker cotton, u get the excellent JCrew quality for a tiny fraction of the price. Top part is lined with soft rubber to hold it in place, this dress will not slip!
