J.Crew Billie demi boot cut jeans Sz 28 but fit like a 27

Reposhing this item I purchased from @may_anna. Loved it, but not enough stretch for me, these fit on the small size, closer to 27. excellent condition beautiful jeans (wish they fit). Questions? Leave a comment below!
