J.Crew blue and white strip shirt dress with a cute tie at the waist. NWT- this has never been worm Tagged as a size 16 Bust 44” Waist 39” - cinch it in with the ties Hips 48” Length 42” There is a small hole along the seam where one of the ties is - you don’t see it when worn and just needs a stitch or two
