J.Crew summer business dress

Fitted business casual dress with blue and white and white horizontal stripes. Has capped sleeves and a small slit in the back. Although tag says zero I find it fits closer to a US2-4 if you like it more fitted. I’m 5”7 and the length hits at the knees.
