JH x Smash + Tess Jillyallls in blue floral print

MADE IN CANADA. JH x Smash + Tess Jillyallls in blue floral print. Size XS. Worn once. I recently moved which is why it is all wrinkled, but a good steam would make it look good as new! I have always kept it folded in a drawer (it was only hung for the photos).
