Large, stunning, vintage footed bowl with gold/gilt and red or burgundy design – floral, leaves and scrolls. Centre flower looks like a daisy. Scalloped, embossed rim. Fully stamped and numbered – JELMENAU, von HENNEBERG PORZELLAN, 1777, EAST GERMANY, followed by numbers, some of which are quite hard to see. Measures 10 1/2” in diameter. Excellent vintage condition. Bright and shiny. No chips, cracks or crazing. Barely any wear to gold, a few very light surface scratches. Gorgeous centerpiece on dining or side table.
