JNBY - Bloopy Black Women's Cotton sateen loose Jacket, w/elastic waistband

JNBY is an Asian youth driven design company. This jacket is lightweight, and adds a lot of texture & style to a black cargo or parachute pants, mini skirt, & layers of black textured tops. With a false hood, the neckpiece creates a light weight barrier to wind. The elastic waistband is tailored and can be tied at the back or around the waist. I prefer the bloopy design feature of this jacket. Elastic at the hemline can be adjusted for more or less poof. Arms are meant to be shorter, so under-garments and their texture are revealed on the arms. Cotton is in excellent condition, with sheen and no dusting or powdering or wear.
