JNY vintage red pencil skirt

JNY vintage red pencil skirt, made in Canada. There’s no tag indicating material type, I think it’s a polyester blend. Fully lined and has pockets too! Looks like it might have been part of a two piece ensemble back in its day. There are two small “snags” (?) in the front, see photo. Measurements Waist: 16” Hip: 22” Slit in back: 6” Length: 24”
