New without tags. Never worn. Sadly too small for me. Hi lo midi dress with ruffle detail along shoulder straps. JOA (Just One Answer) brand sold on Revolve and at Anthropologie. Fully lined. Size xs. Fits true to size. Would be beautiful for a wedding or other summer event.
