Very flowy and has an extra layer of material underneath. Cute stitching details at top. 3 buttons on back. 100% cotton Size 1 year (see photos for measurements) In great condition, other than some minor stains • see photos. Not terribly noticeable when looking at the dress as a whole though, since it has so much extra material.
