These are new, black, Jones New York Signature Woman cotton stretch pants, size 16W. They are made of 98% cotton and 2% Lycra Spandex. The pants have a side invisible zipper fly and a hook and bar closure. They have a straight leg and a mid-rise waist. The pants have a tag attached that says "Stretch" and another tag that says "Jones New York Signature Woman." The pants are new with tags. They are in excellent condition and have no visible imperfections. Measurements: 19” waist, 11 1/2” rise, 23” inseam.
