Hailing from the brand Joseph Ribkoff and dating to c. 1990s - 2000s (possibly a little newer than that), this well-made dress is light to light-medium weight, fully lined, NOT stretchy, does not include any zippers or other fasteners (aka, it is a pull-on garment), and is comprised of 100% polyester.
