JOSEPH RIBKOFF Black w/ Silver Zippers & Dots

Beautiful large cowell neck on it. Lots of fabric. The zipper on the shoulder does undue however all it does is open up into the arm giving it air conditioning if needed. LOL The bottom zippers zip right around and meet and it just undoes the bottom and leaves it sagging so I don't suggest you try a new style with that one. PTP is 19" - 21.5" Good stretch. The ends of the sleeves have a little rouching so you can have it looking like that or use it to push the arms up a tad.
