Thick, quality black leather, bright orange lining inside, with lots of places to hold business cards, pens and documents along with the laptop. Heavy duty hardware metal zippers, easy open and closing the bag. Lots of extra pockets on the front and back of the bag. Very clean, some miner scratches on the leather.
