JW Anderson x Uniqlo Tartan Venitian Green Kilt Skirt 4

I so wish this fit me - but it's about an inch and a half too snug at my waist. I'm sometimes a size 4, sometimes a size 6, sometimes size 8. In this skirt I'd need size 8. Teal green and black tartan, with coral orange red woven throughout. Looks amazing with the genuine Italian leather mini doctor bag also for sale. First pic is the better representation of colour.
