Jachs red and white plaid flannel

An essential for cozy, outdoorsy or 90s inspired looks. Tag says size Women's Small. I took these measurements (laid flat): Sleeve (from underarm): 17" Bust (from under arms): 19" Length (from top of shoulder): 26" The material is: 60% cotton, 40% polyester. It's a pretty thick, warm flannel. Virtually unworn. For reference, I am 5'5", 123lbs. I have a 32C bust, 26" waist, 36" hips. Selling because this fits me kind of tight around the shoulders and i find the sleeves a bit too short.
