New, only tried on Jack & Lily winter boots size 30-36 months. My kid was 3.5yrs when trying these on and they were just a bit too small (he wears a size 8 currently). I am happy to take a measurement of the outer sole if you'd like. Some marks present on one of the closures (pictured). Smoke free, unscented, dog friendly home. I ship with recycled materials when possible.
