Jackie Collin’s cougar necklace

Purchased this necklace in a Vintage store and had no idea of its pedigree! Black enamel, green and clear rhinestones. Adds a pop to a basic turtleneck and a nod to the 80’s! Added model photo to show what an impact a necklace can make!
