Jacob Blue and White Stripe Ruffle Blouse

A classic Jacob piece: blue and white micro stripe button down blouse with ruffle. Size small. 65% rayon, 33% nylon, 2% elasthanne Gently worn. Overall good condition however there is a tiny hole on the back of the shirt, left side near the bottom. Please see last photo. If needed, please message for measurements. This garment has never been in the dryer. It has always been washed in cold water with Woolite and hung to dry.
