Jacob Cobalt Blue Cocktail/Party Dress

The pictures don't do this dress justice. The dress is a beautiful Cobalt Blue, lace overlay, with a built-in velvet belt. Not only is this dress exceedingly comfortable, but it photographs very well. I have worn it to two parties and a wedding, nothing but compliments on it. I'm 5'8" and it hits just above the knee.
