Jacob dress - black/cobalt blue oversized houndstooth print - size large

Lightweight, work appropriate dress. Button detail on front is not functional. Sleeves are 3/4 length and can be worn down or rolled with tabs (see 3rd pic). Matching tie belt - black on the reverse.
