Jacob wrap belt dress

Jacob light weight, mini dress with an attached wrap belt over an elasticized waist. Non stretch fabric. I’ve worn this dress a lot in the summer and it doesn’t fade or pull. No zipper, has to be pulled over the head. Ptp: 17” Elastic waist: 12” stretching to 16” Length: 36” shoulder to hem
