Jacques Vert Cowl Neck, Wedding Guest Dress, Silk Blend Blue w Green

This beautiful dress is fully lined, has cap sleeves, and a cowl neck. Slightly fitted waist that opens into a full skirt. Neither the lining nor the dress have any stretch. This is dry clean only, though I did refresh it with a handheld steamer so it should be good to go. It doesn’t have any zippers so easy on and off.
