Gathered sleeves, crocheted buttons and white on white embroidery on the chest and back areas. No fabric tag. It measures : 14 inches shoulder to shoulder, 17.5 inches armpit to armpit, 16.5” across at the waist. These are measurements laid flat. and 28.25 inches from shoulder to hem.
