James Kent Ltd Hydrangea Chintz Teacup And Saucer

This is a stunning chintz teacup and saucer in the Hydrangea series made by James Kent Ltd. of Longton England. AGE: Circa 1940's -1950's. DESCRIPTION : This duo is decorated in a lovely chintz pattern of purple, blue and pink hydrangea flowers and green foliage. The base and rims are trimmed in gold gilt. CONDITION: This set is in very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks There are black firing specks in the cup bowl. There is minor crazing on both pieces. There is minimal wear on the gold gilt trim. MEASUREMENTS Saucer Width: 5 3/4"(14.5cm) Cup Width: 3 1/4"(8.5cm) Height: 3"(7.5cm)
