Janet Chung pullover rust blouse short rolled cap sleeves tie back size M NWT

This cute pullover blouse is by Janet Chung and is new with tags attached. 100% polyester. A light rust in color with matching strips of tiny holes that run the length of the front on both sides. It has a 2 inch band around the bottom that formal a tie in the back. This top is new with tags still on and is a size M and from pit to pit is 19 inches. Shoulder to hem is 22 inches and the split in the back is 7 inches. ((15B)
