Japan Kanamara Matsuri Festival souvenir T-shirt Kawaii but Risque

This is a festival t-shirt from the a Japanese yearly event in Tokyo: Kanamara Matsuri or the Penis Festival in Tokyo, Japan from 2019. It has a cartoony design although a little risque personally. It is a size XL but it fits like a Large. I placed size L on the size box. Japanese brands run a little small. Brand new t-shirt. No tags when I bought it. From pit to pit is 22.5"
