Japan Lace top dress with balloon bottom NWT

A gorgeous addition to your wardrobe! New with tag, never worn. Beautiful white lace top, with black balloon bottom. A beautiful piece but unfortunately too small for me (a present from my husband, was purchased in Japan). Could be worn to wedding or any day or evening parties. It has a beige cloth over the bra area so your bra is not shown.
