Japanese Vintage Blue Suede Leather Trench Coat

I purchased this coat at a vintage store years ago. It's in pretty good condition. But there are three places with scratches in the lower back of the coat, as shown in photos. And the belt is flawed as shown in a photo. As for sizing. I usually fit in US S. This coat is kinda tight for me. So I would say it's between XS-S.
