Muse de Deuxieme Classe skirt. Fairly stiff fabric, creates good voluminous look. Fabric doesn't stretch. Waistband stretches well. Measurements (taken flat, non-stretched, multiply by 2 for full circumference): - Length: 19.5 in/ 49 cm - Waist (non-stretched): 12.5 in/ 32 cm Size EU 36. Corresponds to US 4-6 (can fit S/M sizes).
