Inter diameter is 18-18.5mm. Normally I’m size 6, it’s slightly bigger to me, but I can still wear it with no problem. suggesting for people who are size 6.5/7/7.5/8 should all be ok. This ring has open ends, therefore the size can be slightly adjustable.
