Japanese porcelain figurine of a blond girl in pink dress holding a bird

Porcelain figurine of a blond girl in a pink polka dot dress. She has a pink bird on her hand and her hat with flowers and a bow in the other hand. Flowers in her hair as well. Marked Japan and a number (228A) on the bottom. She is nearly 4.5” tall and her dress is about four inches wide. She is in good condition. No damage or repairs as far as I can see.
