Great condition, beautiful long and flowy faux wrap dress with elastic waistband in a small. A beautiful periwinkle blue colour with pretty white flowers and ruffle details, perfect for a wedding guest or warm weather event. The chiffon material flows beautifully and the dress is fully lined to above the knee. 2 small flaws: one minor snag to the material and marks to the inner lining where the top has been pinned. See the last 2 photos. Otherwise in excellent condition. Clean and non smoking.
