Japon et Chine one shoulder asymmetrical hem

Vintage Black one shoulder black dress with asymmetrical hem. Pleated shoulder detail. 100% polyester. 18 " across bust (so roughly 36") I tried it on and it's a bit big on me with a size 35" bust Listed as Size 12 but this is a vintage dress so likely the equivalent of a 6 today.
