Jcrew asymmetrical ruffle shirt

Adorable jcrew shirt. Needs an iron, been stored throughout my pregnancies and now I don’t fit it. Worn handful of times before then. No signs of wear Size 4, navy/white stripes with ruffle around chest/shoulder and back. Side zipper. Hits above hips.
