strahotna Is this an off shoulder neckline? What’s the chest, waist and shoulder to hem length, please? Is the fabric rayon?

sandpfellow @strahotna Hi! The top of the dress has a stretchy neckline so it can either sit at the shoulders or off the shoulders. Pit to pit is 20 in. Waist is 13.5 in but again is stretchy all the way around so can stretch much more. The top of shoulder to hem is 31 in. It's polyester.
