Velvet Heart puffy shoulder soft jean shirt blouse. Six blue plastic button front closer and one button closer on long sleeves. Unique gathered stitching around elbow with one pocket on left front of blouse. Very feminine with notched details on the sides for loose waist fit. Can be tucked in or tied in front as seen in picture. Fits small for a medium on 5 8” model.
