Jean-Claude Darveau modernist pendant necklace

Vintage Jean-Claude Darveau mixed media modernist pendant necklace. The pendant is smooth and textured silver tone metal with a black Formica circle accent. It hangs on a vintage 20" sterling silver chain signed T.O.B. 925. Signed Darveau on pendant reverse. Overall this lovely piece is in good vintage condition, please note minor wear to front pendant silvertone circle and some patina on pendant reverse. Jean-Claude Darveau was a Quebec designer who combined modernism and brutalism in his jewelry. He was a contemporary of Robert Larin and worked for Guy Vidal from 1971-1978 prior to starting out on his own. Measurements (approximate): Pendant: 2" high x 1.5" wide Sterling silver chain: 20"
