Jeffrey Campbell Rain Booties - Size 10 fits small

Pointed toe, solid rubber rain booties in a Chelsea boot style. Worn a couple of times. Size 10 but runs small, probably in part due to the pointed toe. When I bought them reviewers said to size up and I did (I'm size 9), but they're still small. Fits more like an 8 IMO.
