Jeffrey Campbell Loafers size 10 "VIONA-WD" loafers in black patent leather upper, leather insole, synthetic lining, round sculpted heel, slip-on styling. Heel Height: 1.5".  May fit half a size smaller. My feet are a 9W or 9.5 and this fit me well.
