Jelly like purse

This is an adorable little purse that can be worn as a crossbody or over the shoulder I am not 100% sure what it is made of, feels jelly like, I had purchased this to bring to the beach and not worry about getting it damaged but I never used it It is a coral pink or rose gold ish color
