kitty_wang Sharing my experience: I purchased a Jellycat “Dancing Elephant” from this seller on Oct 3 and this person asked me to sent $20 via e-transfer. The seller claimed the item was shipped but never provided any tracking or proof. It’s now Oct 25 and nothing has arrived. I’ve requested a refund several times but got no response. Until proof of shipment or a refund is provided, I would advise other buyers to be cautious when purchasing from this person

ktw460 Update: On Oct 3, the seller claimed that “it’s been sent today!!”. However, as of Oct 25, the seller only provided a Purolator label that was created on Sep 27, and it clearly shows the item was never dropped off. The seller has also blocked my original account, so I’m unable to comment there. Until I receive either the item or a $20 refund, I would strongly advise everyone to be cautious when purchasing from this seller.
