Jennifer Glasgow Dress Cowl Neck, Floral Trim, Red, Stripes XS Made in Canada

I bought this beautiful retro style dress in the 2010s from the One of a Kind Show in Toronto. The designer is Jennifer Glasgow. Truly a one of a kind ♥️ I’ve worn it a few times over the years. It doesn’t fit me anymore. The dress is in good condition. Zipper in the back. Could use a steaming/ironing on the skirt portion of the dress. Measurements on the ground : Armpit to armpit: 16” Waist: 13” Length: 30”
