what are the measurements of the garment lying down? Alternatively, do you know what year this is from? Jessakae changed their size chart to be more consistent a year or two ago, and I'm concerned it would be too small.

@loraw275 I don’t have the measurements on hand, but I would confidently say this would fit size 18-20, more as a 1x than a 2x
